Yes. Our website and products are accessible globally. However, if you are using our website from outside India, please ensure your local laws allow you to use our services.

Orders & Customisation

Browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and complete checkout using the available payment methods. For custom-printed flags, you’ll receive an artwork approval before production.

Yes. We offer custom flags, banners, and promotional displays. Send us your artwork, logo, or concept — our team will assist you in getting it printed professionally.

Orders can be modified or cancelled before printing or dispatch. Once production has started or the product has shipped, cancellations are not possible. For changes, contact us immediately at info@worldflags.in.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard flags usually ship within 2–5 business days, while custom or bulk orders may take 7–10 days, depending on design and quantity.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are available only within India.
If you are outside India and wish to purchase our products, please contact us directly — you can arrange for your own courier or pickup.

Once dispatched, we’ll email or SMS you a tracking ID and courier link to monitor your
shipment’s progress.

In rare cases of courier delays or lost shipments, contact us at info@worldflags.in with
your order and tracking details. We will coordinate with the courier and update you
promptly.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net-banking, and other secure online payment options. All transactions are protected via SSL encryption.

Yes. World Flags uses trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Yes, all purchases come with a GST-compliant invoice, automatically sent after payment confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

  • Standard products: Eligible for return or replacement within 2 days of delivery if defective or incorrect.

  • Custom-printed products: Non-returnable unless damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, customers bear the return cost.

Yes, exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product type (where applicable), subject to availability.

Account & Data

You can browse freely. However, creating an account helps you track orders, save details, and manage your purchases easily.

 

We collect and store only the information necessary to process orders and deliver products. Your data is protected and not sold to third parties.
