CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

At World Flags, we strive to provide high-quality products and seamless service to our customers. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of booking.

  • After 12 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of cancellation within the allowed time, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting specific processing charges, depending on your order type and amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange.

  • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the damaged item.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the same product.

  • No refunds will be issued for exchanged items.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are not applicable except for specific cases where an order is cancelled within the allowed time and approved by our team.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
