CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At World Flags, we strive to provide high-quality products and seamless service to our customers. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of booking.
After 12 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation within the allowed time, any refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting specific processing charges, depending on your order type and amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for exchange.
Customers must report any damage within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the damaged item.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or replacement of the same product.
No refunds will be issued for exchanged items.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not applicable except for specific cases where an order is cancelled within the allowed time and approved by our team.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
